Mostly tidying behind the scenes, with a handful of small fixes.

Changed

• Trophies are now awarded by one shared check rather than being triggered separately in each place.
• Milestone creds (1st, 10th and every 25th) follow one shared rule.
• Trip statistics now include imported rides that have not yet been matched.

Fixed

• "First ride year" in your stats no longer counts logs you have deleted.
• The park you are "in today" is worked out from your local date and ignores logs that are not rides.
• Logging a ride at a coaster type stored under an old numeric code now counts as a cred.
• Restoring or importing a backup file no longer hangs the app.
• Deleted rides are ignored when counting trophies.

Revisions

An entry is never rewritten. A correction is published beside the revision it corrects, and every earlier revision is kept as it was published.
