Mostly tidying behind the scenes, with a handful of small fixes.

## Changed
- Trophies are now awarded by one shared check rather than being triggered separately in each place.
- Milestone creds (1st, 10th and every 25th) follow one shared rule.
- Trip statistics now include imported rides that have not yet been matched.

## Fixed
- "First ride year" in your stats no longer counts logs you have deleted.
- The park you are "in today" is worked out from your local date and ignores logs that are not rides.
- Logging a ride at a coaster type stored under an old numeric code now counts as a cred.
- Restoring or importing a backup file no longer hangs the app.
- Deleted rides are ignored when counting trophies.
