Safer backups. A newly installed app now reads your Google Drive backup before it writes anything to it, so a reinstall can never replace your backup with an empty one. If your phone loses its Google sign-in, Cloud Sync says so and SYNC NOW signs you back in. A different Google account is refused. A log that belongs to two trips now appears once in your Vault, not twice.
